Message Same psi = more horsepower on larger turbos.

Since the larger turbo has a larger compressor/decompressor, it does not have to spin as fast to generate the same boost levels. Conversely, it also means it takes air to get the compressor to spin. Thats where the increased lag from larger turbos comes into play.
